Returns & Refunds Policy

You are entitled to cancel your service request within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling a service is 30 days from the date the service was scheduled, or when the first service attempt was made by us or by an assigned technician on your behalf.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive your formal cancellation request, provided the service was not fully delivered. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the booking, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Refunds

In order for a service to be eligible for refund, please make sure that:

  • The service was booked in the last 30 days

  • The service was not fully delivered or completed

  • You did not violate any agreed-upon terms of service

The following services cannot be refunded:

  • Services that were already executed or completed

  • Services booked on urgent/emergency basis and already dispatched

  • Services that included custom client instructions and setup

  • Situations where client failed to provide access, instructions, or responded late

We reserve the right to refuse refunds at our sole discretion if the service terms were not met.

If any equipment or documentation was provided by you for coordination or dispatch handling, and you request it to be returned, please send or collect it using the following address:

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items sent without prior confirmation. Use a secure and trackable courier service when needed.

Gifts

If a service was booked for someone else as a gift and was clearly marked as such, any eligible refund will be issued as credit toward future services. If the gift was not marked, refund will go to the original buyer.
